Worn pushrod - stock one on my bus engine. Pushrod tube
shifted and bent, causing rub. Talk about CLOSE. |

Stretched head stud. This was a Bugpack stud that never saw
more than 20 ft-lbs of torque. |

Pitted cam - weak springs are probably the cause, not for
sure, but it sucked. |
